課程概述

本課程以 Biochemistry, 6th, 2006, by Mary K.Campbell and Shawn O. 為課本，該課本分成 (I) 構造與催化 (II) 能量與代謝 (III) 分子生物等三大部分，外系同學有意選修者，若必須修習包含分子生物之生化，請選修由『生化科學所』所開授之『生物化學甲』。本系開設之生物化學乙，上下學期各由兩名教師任課，確實完成課本前面兩大部分之所有章節，每學期至少有兩次考試︰若非主修生物科技的同學，建議選修如『生物化學乙』課程。 

課程目標
 針對非以生物化學為主修之學生，使修習者具備基礎生物化學知識。
